DIY Patio Using Quikcrete Walk Maker
Basic overview of a simple patio project. Used the Quikcrete Walk Maker country stone form to make a 133 sqft patio. Stained the concrete using Eagle acid stain, and sealed it with Behr wet-look sealer. Project cost around $500.

Garden of the Month - The Plant Goddess
PlantMasters garden tour this month is designed by The Plant Goddess Landscaping Company, namely Kelley Hanna. Located in Sierra Madre, California, Kelley has taken an ordinary Southern California suburban front yard space and turned it into an extraordinary eye-catching showpiece! She paints with bright oranges and yellows, succulents and plants with variegated leaves. This garden will catch your eye year round. All turf has been removed, and there is just the right amount of rock in the garden. The predominance of succulents makes this garden highly water efficient and a winding flagstone walkway branches off in two directions. The space feels like the entrance to a botanical garden even though its really an entrance to a home.
